hate-bank day

i went to the posb bank today.
the queue was freaking l o n g g .
i waited for one hour! my queue ticket wrote 38. and when i entered the bank, the queue was at 34. they took an hour to serve 4 customers?! and there were 2 counters! what great service to speak of. by the time it's my turn, i swear i looked PISSED.

anyway, i went uob later to update my passbook.
the stupid passbk update machine jumbled up my records!
dammit.
