other side of the world

there are really alot of pictures. and i'm too lazy to filter them and load them up. but this tw trip has been exceptionally meaningful. i went as a medic, but came back as a medic cum signaller cum navigator. i can really say with confidence that i have good navigation skills now (if i'm coupled with map & gps set). all that practice in taiwan hasn't gone to waste. singapore's road system now seems SO DAMN SMALL KICK lah! ;)

but there are 2 pictures i really have to show you guys.

during the outfield in taiwan, we took shelter at this temple and slept there for 2 days. and during one of the nights, i saw this...



can you imagine? 2 lizards mating? right at the temple. what a sin.

and at this beef noodle shop where we had our dinner, the toilet experience was rather interesting. this is what we saw... (look at the signs of the toilet. click to enlarge.) it's really cute.



weird as it may be, i'm into thai-music now, specifically Endorphine's. nay introduced me one of their songs and i was instantly hooked! Endorphine is a thai soft rock band and the lead singer - Da - can really sing. here's the music video of one of their songs. enjoy!
